We are committed to bringing your family the best in Health & Fitness. That’s why we have sessions available for your children. Junior Gym is a session for children/students under 16 and will be accompanied by a fully qualified Gym Instructor to make sure they know exactly what to do.

Junior Badminton Coaching

Our Badminton course is a lot of fun and a brilliant way to keep your child active, meet new friends and learn new skills!

Our many programmes for both children and young people are designed for all to have fun, stay fit, learn a new sport or develop your sporting skills further – the good news is you get healthy, have fun and make lots of new friends.



Holiday Camps

Every school holidays we run Wellactive sessions for 11 – 15 year olds, this is an unsupervised session from 9am till 4pm. All participants can play a whole range of sports in a safe clean environment.
