  1. Available from 26th December 2016 – 5th February 2017.
  2. Only available for DD memberships – Complete and Family, fixed and flexible.
  3. Only available to NEW MEMBERS (Must have been expired for 2 months or longer).
  4. Existing or new members can refer their friends onto this offer and they still qualify for the referral gift.
  5. For the members to receive the full cashback amount they must retain their membership until December 2017.
  6. Cashback Payment will be issued in two installments. The first within 30 days of Joining the second on the 22nd of December 2017
