The Grammar offers a diverse exercise class programme incorporating the latest trends in our state of the art class studio. The Grammar unequivocally provides the best class studio in the area and the best instructors deliver our programme.

A full body workout whilst dancing to great music, Zumba is a fun way to get in shape and meet new people.

Mondays – 7:00pm-7:30pm
Training with a gym ball is a great way to improve balance and posture, all the while conditioning and toning your muscles.
Mondays – 8:00pm-9:00pm

A cardio class, based on max interval training, the workout that gets big results!

Tuesday- 7:00am-7:40am & 6:30pm-7:17pm and  ThursdayР7:00am-7:40am

In our Pro Spin class rides will be taken through structured warm up routines, high and low cadence drill and various power efforts. This is a full body workout and is great for all levels of riders.

There will be 4 free space for members of The Grammar, non-members will need to book through the Spin Factory website or App.

Tuesday 7:15pm-8:00pm

This Pro Spin Circuit Training is a challenging but fun class, and is one of the best ways to improve cardiovascular fitness while burning lots of calories. (circuit class with spin stations)

Looking to get back into playing sport? here at the grammar we run a back to netball session aimed at women aged 16yrs plus. coached sessions with drills and games, a competative way to keep fit and burn calories.

A conditioning programme that produces results by improving muscle & core control, flexiblity, strength & co-ordination.

Prepare yourself for a fun, fat burning workout where you will punch, jump, life and run yourself to new body.

Saturday – 10:00am-11:00am

Yoga will help you build strength, increase flexibilty and find focus. yoga is challenging and dynamic, using breathing techniques linked to movement.

Sunday – 10:00am-11:00am

Looking to try a new sport? here at the grammar we run a coached tennis session, all abilities welcome aged 16yrs plus.
